How-dee-do Friday Fabbers! Well I know this hasn't been the easiest week for most Americans and for many still have heavy hearts. Like many events that have happened to our country and left scars on our land, we will overcome and become stronger as a nation.
I have a hard time talking about skin care right now. But I also know that part of healing is getting back into a routine and moving on and part of that is feeling good about yourself. Enter in, at home beauty treatments. I don't know about you, but lately I've been doing most of my shopping on line. I read the reviews of what other users have said and most of the time their correct. Many online retailers understand that returns can be a pain so they make it very simple and the majority give you a paid return label if you're not happy with your purchase. To be candid, I have really cut back on my driving. When the average cost of gas is over $4 here in California, the way I look at it, is if I can get the same results from a product then, why leave my house?
Well friends, I'm excited to share with you my new find. It's from Radical Skincare, www.radicalskincare.com Their Age-Defying Exfoliating Pads are amazing. If you maybe have the beginning signs of aging, like crows feet around your eyes or simply some sun spots. These beautiful little pads are infused with 94.85% of active ingredients that erase your trouble areas. Ingredients like, Malus Domestica that help preserve the youthfulness of your skin and protect against UV damage. Osilift, helps to lift and even out your skin tone. But the secret super hero in the mix, Mala’kite: This ingredient is a stone extract with a strong antioxidant activity and a detoxifying activity and help to protect and keep the skin clean against environmental hazards we encounter. I've found that when I use this at night and follow it up with their Restorative Moisture Cream, after 2 days I can see a major difference in my skin. It's smooth, clear and practically glowing.... like I just got back from a tropical vacation.
It was a far better experience than the last facial I had, where the esthetician told me to change what I was doing instead of actually helping me out with my skin issue, really? What innovative advice! Good thing I know good people, with great products!
Did you know...
The longest hug lasted 24 hr 33 min and was achieved
by Ron O'Neil and Theresa Kerr (both Canada) at Centennail Beach in
Barrie, Ontario, Canada, from 12 to 13 June 2010.
The attempt was a fundraising effort for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
I will say that I am not a Beatles fan and I will go to the grave a hard core Elvis fan, but I think the King would even admit that, "All we need is love!"
Until next week,
Beckie B
