HOW DO PRODUCTS GET CHOSEN TO BE REVIEWED?
There are two ways products get into the hands of the Certified Fabulous Review Board. Either a brand will submit products they want to be reviewed OR one of the Certified Fabulous bloggers will blog about something and love it so much they nominate it to be certified.
HOW DOES THE BOARD VOTE ON PRODUCTS?
The board will each get a sample of the product and evaluate it based on our set standards:
*Feels Good :you do have to wear it, after all!
*Addictive :this will become an essential part of your beauty regimen; one you're addicted to, and can't live without...
*Beautifully-Presented :the reason for taking it off the shelf to begin with...
*User-Friendly :it must be clear how we should be using this product; and the packaging and design must make that use as easy as possible...
*Luxurious :because all the most F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S. things in life usually are...
*Oh...That Scent! :your reaction to this product's scent (which even unscented products have)!
*Unparalleled :unequaled or unmatched
*Sensational! :this product is better than all the others in its class, hands down.
The ONLY way a product can then obtain the certified award seal is if there is a UNANIMOUS decision of agreement by all board members. This process, as you can imagine, is a VERY difficult one to pass so it truly is exceptionally amazing when a product wins this award (trust me!).
WHO IS ON THE BOARD?
The board consists of beauty industry professionals with a combined thirty plus years of cosmetic-industry expertise. They represent a wide range of age groups, personalities and skin types and needs.
WHY ARE YOU REVIEWING PRODUCTS?
Over the years,
we’ve recognized (with the help of endless questions from our friends, family,
and clients…) that people are extremely interested in looking and feeling their
best, but also extremely overwhelmed by all of the skincare and beauty products
to choose from. There are droves of products out there, and few people have the
time or resources to research the products that are truly worth their
