1^st need to use a thin coat for the Skin Guar5ding Balm (as per label) it is recommended for Fine to Medium Hair (around my chin & face & upper lip)

Do not apply too much of the moisturizer. Follow the directions they clearly say to use a tiny bit and massage it in otherwise the cream won't work!!!!
