Happy Friday Fabbers and what a crazy week this has
been! And as much as I hate to admit it,
my household is on count down for school to start… AHHHHH!!! Back to getting up early, fighting to get
some sort of breakfast down my kids’ throats and a fast fury out the door. But in the mean time, I’m going to try and
enjoy what’s left of the summer.
As you might have seen on our Facebook page, Jessica, Sara
and I visited Las Vegas for an industry trade show, so I thought what a better
time to try out some products- especially the ones that add sparkle. Vegas is a place where everything glitters,
even the visitors. It is truly the city
that never sleeps, unless you’re looking for a greasy cheeseburger at 3 o’clock
in the morning, and then everything is closed!
But as far as the people and the lights, it’s all a glow!
So of course, my first night in Vegas I met with one of my
customers and we went to dinner and then decided to hit the town. Well I was sporting a cute little cocktail
dress and decided to try out Glo Minerals Body Bronzer. (www.gloprofessional.com) This product was made for people with a dark
delicious tan. Its golden flecks add a
beautiful color to your skin and make you look like a goddess. At first I thought it would get all over my
dress, but amazingly it didn’t. But I
would recommend showering before crawling between the sheets, sorry
housekeeping.
My other all time favorite for any occasion is from Urban
Decay (www.urbandecay.com). Their Marshmallow Sparkle Dust
goes with anything and can go anywhere.
The light dusting gives your skin a slight shimmer, not like a disco
ball. The added bonus? It’s
lickable! So you can look AND
tastes like a delicious treat! The
little puff inside makes it easy to apply a little bit or a lot. But be careful, it may become habit forming.
