Is it me or did this week go by faster than last week? Holy Moly! Well readers, it's Beckie and if you haven't gathered thus far, we've been reviewing different types of sunscreen and how and when to use it.

This week I decided to focus on tinted moisturizers with SPF for your face. I've used all different types; from the very expensive to the drug store brands (due to budget). I do have to say that there is a difference. I'm really picky about products that I put on my face. I hate products that have a smell to them or if they don't cover enough or ones that are thick and don't go on smooth. There is nothing worse than applying a tinted moisturizer and still seeing the product because it's too thick and doesn't absorb properly into your skin. One of my biggest issues with some of the less expensive brands is I've found that after a couple weeks of using it, my face starts to breakout.

So after dabbling through all the drug store brands, ie: Revlon, Almay, Cover Girl, I keep finding myself going back to Dr. Dennis Gross's Tinted Moisturizer SPF 15. I absolutely love this stuff! It goes on ultra smooth and gives me a warm glow. No funky smell, no lines, just perfect coverage. Just to test my expensive taste, I also tried Laura Mercier's tinted moisturizer SPF 20. I do like the amount of coverage and the no smell aspect but it seems to lack the illumination appearance that I like about Dr. Gross's.

I think when it comes to skin care and all the products that are available, it comes down to what works for you. We all have our favs and what we like and don't. The best advice I could give is to not be scared to try new products. If you're given a sample, TRY IT! You never know if you don't like it, until you try it!

Keep smilin' Friends.

Have a great week...

Beckie B
