Beauty Behind the Mask

Hello fabulous Fabbers! It's Friday and I, Beckie am ready for the weekend.

Well here in California, Fall is definitely in the air and my skin is starting to feel the change. I know I can't complain too much as today it's in the high 70's and the sun is out, unlike other parts of the country.

With that it's time to think about a different regime for my skin. It's time to pay a little more attention and add products that moisturize my skin. It's important to find products that don't dry out your face because I've noticed when my skin is dry and worn out, it makes me look tired and old.

My newest find you ask? It's from Eminence Organic Skin Care. I have fallen in love with their Pink Grapefruit Vitality Masque. The consistency is gel like and automatically you think, "Oh yeah, this stuff wants to moisturize my face." It has this delicious smell and as it dries you can feel your skin just becoming softer and rejuvenated. When I removed the mask, it came off nice and clean and my face looked refreshed and toned.

I liked this masque better that other creamy masks because it left my skin feeling clean and not like it had a film on it or a left over residue.

Did you know...

Myth: Avocados can make a great skin mask.

Fact. Sounds weird, but it works! Mash one ripe avocado and mix it with a little bit of lemon juice. Apply this mask to your face and neck for an over-the-counter toner/firmer.

Keep laughing... it's good for you!
Cheer!
