The Silver (or Sometimes Grey) Lining

Hello all, and Happy Tuesday! It's Tara here, writing to you today from the beautiful Turks and Caicos—having spring break again is the absolute best!! With the exception of this post, I’ve been completely unplugged, but as you see, Cert Fabbies are completely dedicated to
our readers!

I must say—I don’t have as much experience with today’s topic—eye liners—as I do with many other products we’ve reviewed thus far. I rarely wear eyeliner, but when I do I like softer grey and brown colors that will blend in on my eye lids and not look too harsh. Lately I’ve been using a liner by Jane Iredale (surprise surprise!) in the grey color. This liner is great, but since I moved out of New York it is much MUCH more difficult to find Iredale products. Up at school—outside of Boston—I had to track down a dermatology office that carried the products, whereas in New York I could purchase them at the awesome specialty pharmacies like New London Pharmacy.

If you follow my posts at all, you know that I’m a real fan of mineral makeup. As you can imagine there aren’t too many waterproof mineral eye liners out there—or not that I’ve found. With summer approaching (and having it more on my mind than ever down here!) I’d love to find some waterproof eye makeup. If you know of any, please let me know! And otherwise, I’ll talk to you next week, and will hopefully have some fun stories to report from the trip!
