Is Your Smile Making a Good First Impression?

Hello friendly fabulous readers, Amy here, talking about those pearly whites.  Well, how to get them pearly white, that is.  What a great time of year to have white teeth against sun-kissed skin.  Teeth whitening can cost a lot, from $600 for in-office whitening to $100-$400 for professional take-home whitening kits to $20-$100 for over the counter teeth whitening.  I have found that the over the counter whitening does a really good job for the money and takes just 5 minutes each day. 
 

Crest 3D WhiteStrips are a great choice for quick, easy results.  The strips work by removing surface stains but with enamel safe ingredients.  I like that they are thin and flexible, shaped to conform to your teeth and the gel helps keep the strips in place while on.  I typically see noticeable results in just a few days but it may take longer for some especially if you drink black coffee or smoke.

The 4 week supply is so easy to use.  You simply apply 1 upper and 1 lower strip to your teeth and leave on for 5 minutes.  Although it’s best to not brush your teeth directly before or after using the white strips, I prefer to simply brush with water after use.  The results are amazing, really.
