Bath your worries away

Good Monday,
Happy Martin Luther King Day!
Sara

This wonderful week continues on Spa, Bath Salts and Bubbles... Relax, Release and meditate.

Some of my all time favorite bath products are Fresh Sake Bath, because it is amazingly relaxing and I can use it anytime or in any bath.  You have to be careful of the products you use when you have a tube with jets.  This product does not seem to clog or corrode the jets.  It is Incredibly relaxing and will actually sooth minor aches and pains.  Fresh says that is the combination of the Sake (rice ferment), ginger extracts and Peach absolute (which is a pure peach extract).

The other product that is one of my all time favorites is Epsom Salt.  There is even an  Epsom Salt Council "Eager to let everyone know the benefits of our product, the Epsom Salt Council was formed in 1993 to help spread the word about the wonder that is Epsom salt. You see, we're wild about this pure, time-tested mineral compound and its dozens of uses. And after exploring all the ways it can help improve your health and daily living, we think you'll agree."

Epsom Salt has so many uses. You can use it in the bath for relaxation and mineralization of your body.  it can be made into a paste when mixed with a small amount of water and placed on any bruise to help to relieve the ache.  Also when mixed with water or your favorite body wash you have an instant body exfoliator ((please test a small patch on your arm when doing this yourself, as I am unaware of the type of body wash you are using) if there is any redness or irritation, wash off and do not continue to use).

You can also purchase Epsom salt Like Dr. Teals which are infused with different essential oils for aromatherapy benefits

I ALWAYS have a box of Epsom Salt in my bathroom.  It was something we always had in our house growing up as well.  It is far from a new secret, but its versatility of uses is something I learn more about all the time.

Have a great week!

Sara
