Stress is something that we all have. I don’t care who you are. I bet even the Pope has stress. But it’s how you deal with the stress that is
important. Speaking from experience, it
can cause a lot of health problems and being a single Mom and sole provider for
2 young children, there isn’t time to get sick.
I’ve had to learn the hard way of how to deal with stress, but now
knowing how important it is to take the time for me and to detox from the day,
I’m better for it.
So this week, we have been discussing home remedies for
stress. Massages are always #1 on my
list. But that isn’t always available,
so I have to settle for aromatherapy and a bath as hot as Dante’s inferno.
If I haven’t mentioned them before, I’ll mention them again,
because they deserve it. One of my favorite
companies that I L-O-V-E, Love is Hellomellow- www.hellomellow.com.
The name says it all! They offer all different types of fragrances
that go with whatever your mood needs to be.
If you need a little pick me up, try Empower or Arouse (which
is great for sore muscles). If you need
to just chill, try Unwind or their
new and not around for much longer, Joy. I bought a jar of the Joy body butter at the
beginning of December and now I’m scrapping the bottom to get the last little
bit. The massage oil is amazing
too. I love to just pour some in my hot
bath and just relax. My skin is wicked
soft when I get out and the smell of Juniper Berry and Sage drift throughout my
house. How can that be a bad thing? Now if you know me, I’m not one to follow the
rules or read directions. This has
caused me a few problems in the past, but for the most part things work
out. Well, I had the thought that maybe
Tracy’s massage oil, isn’t just for massaging, maybe I could use it as a shave
oil. Sure enough, it can be! Love it!
Way to go Hellomellow! See
reading the directions and not following the rules sometimes pays off- LOL! I’m sure my Mom would not agree with me at
all.
Until next week, take time to relax… don’t worry the dust
and laundry will be there tomorrow…Promise!
Have a great weekend,
Beckie b
