The French proverb, "Les yeux sont le miroir de l'dme" is translated as

"The eyes are the mirror of the soul” 

Others have traced the proverb back to Cicero (106-43 B.C.), who is quoted as saying,

"Ut imago est animi voltus sic indices oculi"

"The face is a picture of the mind as the eyes are its interpreter."

The Latin proverbs, "Vultus est index animi" or "Oculus animi index," are translated as

"The face is the index of the mind.

Whether in French or Latin Italian Spanish etc, it sounds so wonderful!!!

The periorbital area (around your eyes) is the thinnest and most delicate skin of your face. It is as thin as an egg shell and should be treated with care. There are some fabulous products on the market that address the dark circles.
